Welcome to the Child Friendly Justice Education Platform

The platform is addressed to judges from the civil, criminal, and administrative branches of justice, prosecutors, and trainee judges.

The platform was designed with the co-financing of the European Union within the framework of the CHILD Front project "Child friendly justice in the Greek and Cypriot courts" (101046589 — CHILD front — JUST-2021-JTRA).

The training focuses on three different and one interdisciplinary subject: (1) criminal justice and children's rights in criminal proceedings, (2) civil procedures concerning or affecting children, (3) administrative procedures concerning children of migrant background, including unaccompanied minors, and (4) protection of children's personal data in judicial proceedings.
